猴年饼3/4~cookies

180ml egg white
200gr butter
100gr icing sugar
200gr flour
Just sieve flour and sugr
Mix all till smooth
Put in piping bag
Press on baking tray
Bake (my oven 160° for 15 mints)
Cool down then decorate as desire smile表情符
